Community Guidelines

• Products you make or have the right to sell
• Photos and brand assets that belong to you or that you are permitted to use
• Images, prices and descriptions that accurately represent the product

• Nudity, sexual or obscene content (lingerie and swimwear may be shown in a way appropriate for product presentation and not sexualised)
• Any inappropriate content involving minors
• Violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment and threats
• Counterfeit, imitation or "replica" products; unauthorised use of other brands' logos, names and designs
• Using other people's photos without permission
• Content that misrepresents a product's colour, fabric, quality or price
• Illegal or prohibited products
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraud and impersonation
• Sharing other people's personal data without permission

• AI images are subject to these guidelines too; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.
• Images must not show the product differently from what it really is.
• Do not generate images that depict a real person without consent or that are misleading.
• If you encounter inappropriate or faulty output, send it to us with "Report a problem" on the result screen.

• Send collections only to people who have given you permission.
• Do not message people again after they opt out.
• You are responsible for complying with commercial messaging law (Turkish Law No. 6563, İYS).

• Collection: "⋯" menu in the feed or on the collection screen → "Report".
• Brand: same menu → "Block this brand" — its content disappears from your feed. You can unblock under Settings → Blocked brands.
• Follower (for producers): "⋯" in the follower list → "Block follower".
• AI output: "Report a problem" on the result screen.
• Anything else: destek@privyu.com

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the violation:

• content may be removed,
• the account may receive a warning,
• publishing features may be temporarily restricted,
• the account may be permanently closed for serious or repeated violations.

Unlawful content is reported to the competent authorities where required.

If you believe that removing your content or a measure applied to your account was a mistake, write to destek@privyu.com with your reasons.
